  • "Ordered a Bell helmet through Rock River via Amazon and the shipping limitations (cannot use USPS they will not deliver to my house) was not passed on to Rock River. When I saw that USPS was going to be used I found that through Amazon the potential two day delay of getting this information to Rock River would be too late to stop shipment. A quick phone call (at the end of day for you guys) to Jessica in parts got the package pulled from USPS and moved to another shipper and would be going out that day! Thanks to Jessica in parts I know customer service still exists and the USPS would not be sending the helmet back.
    p.s. I live between two routes on the main paved road, the USPS routes are just a little over 1/2 mile away, but USPS will not deliver."

  • "A simply outstanding experience dealing with Mike, his dad, and the rest of the staff. I bought two bikes and had them shipped across the country to Washington State. Price was excellent and the service was nothing less than outstanding. Mike and his staff go the distance and care...here is the proof: It's easy to say a business is great when everything goes good. The real mark of a good business is how they treat you when things don't go so good. For some reason, the folks at FedEx Ground made a mistake and sent one of the two bikes back to Wisconsin after it had made it to Washington, but before they attempted to deliver it to us. My wife and I were leaving on vacation four days after we discovered this problem and taking the bikes with us. In fact it was a biking vacation. We were very frustrated with FedEx as they refused to do anything for us. Mike stepped in and leveraged his position with FedEx and got them to send the bike back to us 2nd day. He also sent critical pieces USPS next day to us. He did this without any prompting from me, while staying in close contact with us. He understood our frustration and did something about it. My advice to you? Support this business!"

  • "Rock River Powersports of Johnson Creek, is what all motorcycle dealerships should be!. I bought my Yamaha SR400 the end of January 2018. All pricing was Fair, upfront, and transparent. Other than sales tax, registration and licensing, the Total dealer fees were a
    Reasonable $249. The entire transaction was professional and friendly. I found out 3 months later; when I was in the market for another SR400, not all motorcycle dealers are upfront and Fair. I found another SR400 available at Don and Roy’s of Brookfield.
    The sale price was $100 less, but after an unwanted surprise at closing The Total cost was $300 more than at Rock River.
    A $1,700 discount sounded good but at closing a $500 freight and prep fee plus $109 document fee, brought that discount down
    From $1,700 to less than $1,100. I think most buyers would like to know the bottom line price when agreeing to buy, not as a surprise at closing. Overall, I learned Bait and Switch, and Deceptive Pricing is alive and well at Dealerships like Don and Roy’s.
    So believe me the extra drive to Rock River Powersports is well worth it for a Honest Transaction."

  • "Had a bad experience with another dealer on a set of Tommy blue hard-street saddlebags. Got the wrong color and was told to just deal with it. I called Jeff at Rock River sports and was more than helped. All this while in they were moving ..I got a great price and Jeff not only took my order but before shipping to me looked inside to see that I was indeed getting Tommy blue bags. He also stayed with me through email to alert me as to when they were shipped and how to track them. I was very happy with the transaction from start to finish... Rock River seems to go by the old motto : service after the sale.... Very trust worthy company. Mark on YMF"
